ABSTRACT

@#Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation gymnastics with music on non-incisional pain of gynecological patients after laparoscopic operation. Methods 192 gynecological patients undergone laparoscopic operation were divided into the music group (66 cases, adopted rehabilitation gymnastics matching music after operation), non-music group (64 cases, adopted rehabilitation gymnastics) and routine group (62 cases, adopted routine nursing without rehabilitation gymnastics or music). Results The patients of the music group got pain eased more obviously than those of the non-music group and rule group ( P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation gymnastics with music can relieve non-incisional pain after gynecological laparoscopic operation, and improve anus exhausting.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopy for the treatment of rectovaginal septum endometriosis. Methods A totalof 13 patients with rectovaginal septum endometriosis underwent open (5 cases) or laparoscopic (8 cases) operations in our hospital between January 2001 and May 2006.Results In the open surgery group, the operation time ranged from 130 to 200 minutes (mean,187 minutes) ,and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 189 ml (170 to 280).After the operation, the menstrual pain was relieved in 5 cases at 1 month,4 at 3 months,3 at 6 months, and 2 at 12 months.Whereas,in the laparoscopy group, the operation time ranged from 120 to 185 minutes (mean,155 minutes),and the mean blood loss was 135 ml(100 to 190 ml).The menstrual pain was relieved in 8 cases at month 1,8 cases at month 3,7 cases at month 6,and 5 cases at month 12.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is effective and safe for patients with rectovaginal septum endometriosis.

ABSTRACT

Aim To investigate the apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa cells cultured in vitro transfectead by combining telomerase anti-hTR and anti-hTERT. Methods The activity of telomerase was tested by polymerase chain reaction-telomeric repeat amplification protocolenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (PCR- TRAP- ELISA). Cell morphologies were observed by fluorescence microscope stained with acridine orange. Apoptosis and cell cycle were examined by Flow Cytometer method (FCM). Results The telomerase activity of HeLa cells transfected by antisense oligonucleotides were significantly decreased compared with those of nontreated control, sense oligonucleotides and oligofectamine TM(P

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of combination of antisense human telomerase RNA (anti hTR) and antisense human telomerase catalytic subunit (anti hTERT) on proliferation of cervical cancer Hela cell line cultured in vitro Methods Cervical cancer Hela cells were transfected by anti hTR, anti hTERT, anti hTR + anti hTERT, sense hTR, sense hTERT with Oligofectamin TM reagent The proliferation activity of cervical cancer Hela cells was determined using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) The activity of telomerase was tested by polymerase chain reaction telomeric repeat amplification protocol enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (PCR TRAP ELISA) Cell morphologies were observed under fluorescence microscope with acridine orange staining Apoptosis and cell cycle were examined by flow cytometer method (FCM) Results The inhibitory rates on proliferation and apoptotic rates of Hela cells transfected by antisense oligonucleotides were significantly higher compared with those of control, sense oligonucleotides and Oligofectamin TM (all P
